Dashboard

Dashboard is the information page that a user can see just after his/her login. This page contains various information regarding user's project progress as per the roles he is associated with the project. Dashboard will vary its information as per user. There are total 5 informational gadgets shown on this page which are project progress(as per manager), project progress(as per executive), project progress(as per owner), automated filled time sheet and real time sheet.

A dashboard is a user interface that organizes and presents information in a way that is easy to understand.

Here the projects that are inprogress and completed are shown. Remember that the progress of the projects shown here are the only one's in which user has role as project manager. There are total 3 progress circles which are shown periodically as last week, last month and last year. On hovering over the progress circles you can see the number of projects that are inprogress as well as completed.

Autofilled time sheet is a graph, which shows the total time you have been logged since last one week. If you have been working on your projects then it will show you green graph. If you have not been working on your projects then it will show you red graph. White graph shows you the total number of time you spent with or without projects.

step 1: On the dashboard page click on the EDIT GADGETS button. you will be redirected to next page where you can edit priority of your gadget.


step 2: After click on the EDIT GADGETS button, here you will find a blue button as shown with arrowhead. Just click + hold that button and move it wherever you want your gadget to be fit. Order number is shown on the right side.

step 1: On the dashboard page click on the EDIT GADGETS button. You will be redirected to next page where you can reset your prioritized gadgets.


step 2: After click on the EDIT GADGETS button, here you will find a RESET GADGET ORDERS button as shown with arrowhead. Click that button to reset the order of your gadgets to default.

step 1: On the dashboard page click on the EDIT GADGETS button. you will be redirected to next page where you can set visibility of your gadget to on or off.


step 2: After clicking on the EDIT GADGETS button, here you will find a switch as shown with arrowhead. Switch on/off to set the visibility of your gadget on the dashboard.
