Payments and Refund

This policy applies to all subscription plans, add-on services, and any other paid features offered through the EasyCloudBooks platform.

Free Trial

We recommend that all new customers take advantage of our free trial (where applicable) before subscribing to any paid plan. The free trial allows you to evaluate the platform’s features and suitability for your business before making a payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: Once a subscription is activated, cancellation will stop future billing but will not trigger a refund for the unused period.
  • Non-Usage: Refunds will not be provided if you choose not to use the platform after payment.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or applicable laws.

Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • Confirmed Technical Failure: A verified system error that prevents you from using the basic features of EasyCloudBooks—excluding add-on modules like GST, Income Tax, and TDS modules, and third-party integrations such as WhatsApp APIs, emails, and Payment Gateway—and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days of your written report.
  • Service Non-Activation: If you pay for a subscription but your account or service is not activated within the committed time frame due to our error.

Pro-Rata and Partial Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period, whether on a pro-rata basis or for partial usage, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-use.

Refund Request Process

  • Submit refund requests to support@easycloudbooks.com within 7 days of the charge.
  • Include your registered email, payment details, and reason for the request.
  • Our billing team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Bank or transaction fees (if any) will be borne by the customer, and any applicable taxes such as GST, TDS, or similar levies will not be refunded.

Changes to Policy

EasyCloudBooks reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
